Description
History
Cantina Girlan was founded in 1923 in the historic village of Girlan (Cornaiano), Alto Adige, within a 16th-century farmhouse. Today it is one of the region’s leading cooperative wineries, bringing together growers from some of Alto Adige’s finest vineyard sites. This Chardonnay belongs to the Classici range, created to express the authentic character of the region through freshness, elegance and varietal purity.

The grapes are harvested by hand in small containers to preserve their quality. After gentle pressing, the must is naturally clarified by sedimentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing on the fine lees to enhance texture, complexity and balance while maintaining freshness.
Alcohol content
13.5%.
