History
Gin del Professore is a collaboration between the historic Quaglia Distillery and the famed Jerry Thomas speakeasy in Rome. “Monsieur” is the first gin in the range, conceived as a tribute to vintage-style gins. It’s produced by cold infusing selected botanicals into a neutral spirit, followed by gentle filtration to preserve freshness.

Tasting notes
Light amber in color. On the nose: spicy cinnamon and sweet wood notes, followed by lavender, chamomile, candied orange, and prominent juniper. On the palate it is bold and enveloping: sweet spice, orange peel, vanilla and a long, balsamic and slightly bitter finish.
Pairing / Usage
Excellent for classic cocktails like Negroni or Martinez, or robust gin & tonics with dry tonic and orange peel. Also suited for contemplative sipping over ice. Best served at 8‑12 °C.
