History
“À La Madame” belongs to the Del Professore range, born from the collaboration between Antica Distilleria Quaglia and the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy. This gin is designed as a more feminine, floral counterpart to the “Monsieur” offering, made by cold infusion of carefully selected botanicals and a light aging that gives it a golden hue.

Tasting notes
Color: pale gold with amber reflections. Aromas of florals, citrus (lemon and orange), spicy notes of cinnamon and cassia; harmonious and aromatic. On the palate it is warm and aromatic: cinnamon is persistent, accompanied by sweet notes like vanilla and orange peel, with a resiny, floral finish.
Pairing / Usage
Perfect in aromatic gin & tonics with light tonic and a garnish of lemon zest or fresh herbs, also suitable for cocktails like Negroni, Martinez or floral twists. Serve between 8‑10 °C with a large ice cube.
