Description
History
The Tiziano Mazzoni Winery is located in Cavaglio d’Agogna, on the Novara hills, and is dedicated to producing high-quality wines, emphasizing the native grapes of Alto Piemonte. The family’s winemaking tradition dates back to 1999, with a continuous commitment to enhancing the territory and its unique characteristics.
Grapes used
- 100% Nebbiolo
Production method
- Harvest: Manual harvest in the early weeks of October, with careful grape selection.
- Vinification: Fermentation on the skins for 12-15 days in stainless steel tanks, with 3-4 pump-overs and punch-downs in the initial days, gradually decreasing in the following days.
- Aging: 24 months in large oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Alcohol content
- 13.5% vol.
Tasting notes
- Color: Intense garnet red.
- Aroma: Ethereal, characteristic, pleasant, with notes of violet and dried rose.
- Taste: Harmonious, warm, lingering on the palate, appropriately tannic, full-bodied.

Pairs excellently with pasta dishes, game meats, and aged cheeses.
