History
Fiorenzo Nada is a historic producer in the Langhe, known for its faithful and meticulous interpretations of the region’s great wines. Based in the heart of the Barbaresco appellation, the estate tends its vineyards with artisanal care and focuses on precise winemaking and aging that highlights elegance and refinement. The 2021 vintage yielded wines of excellent balance and finesse.

Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures with extended maceration to extract colour, aromatics and structured tannins in harmony. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for an extended period in oak casks of various sizes, followed by additional bottle ageing to fully integrate aromatic and structural elements.

Tasting notes
Garnet red with bright highlights. Aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry, raspberry, dried rose petals, sweet spices and subtle hazelnut nuances. On the palate: elegant with refined, well-integrated tannins, fresh acidity and a persistent finish that echoes fruit and spice.
Food pairings
Pairs beautifully with roasted red meats, braised dishes, light game, tajarin with meat ragù, aged cheeses and Piedmontese classics like bollito misto. Also excellent as a contemplative wine alongside complex dishes.
