Description
History
In this region, viticulture and oenology are a family heritage. Stefano Loffredo is the brother of Sabino, the outstanding producer of Campania wines from the Pietracupa winery. After years of experience, Stefano decides to undertake an independent project with his wife Rossella and in 2011 the Dryas winery was born.
The personal commitment and the characteristics of this precious territory have allowed Stefano to enhance one of the oldest and most representative vines of the area, the Fiano di Avellino. The decision to personally take care of the vineyards, selecting only the best grapes and combining the modernity of the production processes with tradition, has given rise to the production of wines and, above all, sparkling wines. Stefano imagines a company that combines innovation and tradition: innovation in modern winemaking techniques and tradition by entrusting the sparkling wine production process to human hands, linking the names of the products to the elements of the territory.

Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow colour. Delicate nuances of aromatic herbs and minerals can be perceived on the nose. The taste offers a pleasant sensation of dryness, with a warm and velvety note, harmonized with a perfectly balanced freshness and flavour. The body of the wine is full, the intensity of the flavors is remarkable and the final persistence is particularly appreciable.
Possible combinations
Excellent on fine white meats or tasty and medium-sized fish; the wine has great freshness and minerality that allow it to hold up even with intense flavors.
