Description
History
Podere Fedespina began in 2006 in Arpiola di Mulazzo (MS), Alta Lunigiana, founded by Mirta Fedespina and Antonio Farina, with oenologist Francesco Petacco. The winery aims to highlight this lesser-known area of Tuscany, cultivating both international and local grape varieties, on alluvial and clay soils with mature vines aged over 50 years. The “Fedespina” Pinot Noir is a flagship reference, produced in very limited quantities from low-yield mature vines.

Tasting notes
Bright ruby red colour. The bouquet opens with ripe cherry, raspberry, hints of forest floor and fine spice. On the palate it showcases elegance and refined tannins, freshness and a pronounced mineral character that leads to a clean, long finish.
Food pairings
Excellent with white meats, light game, mushrooms and aged cheeses. Also a fine match for structured pasta dishes or traditional Tuscan recipes requiring sophistication rather than rusticity.
