Production method
Grapes are hand-harvested and left to dry in traditional drying rooms for about four months, losing 40% of their weight. Fermentation occurs slowly in stainless steel vats, followed by 18 months of maturation, divided between barriques (30%) and Slavonian oak barrels (70%). The wine is then refined in cement tanks and subsequently in the bottle to achieve the desired harmony and balance.
