Claudio Cipressi is a winemaker dedicated to enhancing the native grape varieties of Molise. The Settevigne line represents his commitment to producing quality wines that respect the environment and local traditions.

Production method
Grapes are hand-harvested in early September. After gentle pressing, the must is decanted at 10°C for 18 hours. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C. The wine matures on lees for several months before bottling.
