Part of Duemani’s biodynamic-focused portfolio since the winery’s founding in 2002 by Luca D’Attoma and Elena Celli, G. Punto showcases the estate’s experimentation with terracotta amphora fermentation, extended skin contact, and oak aging—becoming a flagship of its style.
Grape variety
100% Grenache .
Vinification
Handpicked grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in terracotta jars, with daily punch-downs and controlled temperature. Extended maceration for around 3 months is followed by ten months of aging in second-use barriques, without clarification or filtration.
Alcohol content
15% ABV .
Tasting notes
Pale ruby. Intense aromas of red fruits—raspberry, wild strawberry, etc.—supported by licorice, spices, fennel, and fresh mint. On the palate it is rich and balanced, with velvety tannins, bright acidity, and a savory, spicy finish .

Excellent with grilled red meats, game, hearty pasta dishes, and semi-aged cheeses—offering a deeply regional and satisfying culinary experience
