History
Dom Pérignon, the legendary Champagne house, teamed up with Japanese artist Takashi Murakami for this exclusive release. Murakami, famous for his pop style and iconic smiling flowers, reimagined the Dom Pérignon aesthetic with playful energy. The 2015 vintage, born from a luminous and bold year, was chosen to embody this fusion of art, nature, and time.

Vinification
Traditional méthode champenoise: separate vinification of the varieties, extended aging on lees (over 7 years), disgorgement and a carefully calibrated dosage to retain elegance and aromatic precision.

Tasting notes
Brilliant golden color with ultra-fine bubbles. Aromas of citrus, white flowers, almond and toasted brioche. On the palate, it is broad and refined, with perfect harmony between freshness, structure, and mineral complexity. The finish is long, saline, and focused.
Food pairing
Excellent with oysters, seafood, tuna sashimi, caviar, foie gras or refined fish dishes. Also perfect on its own for celebratory moments. Serve at 8–10 °C.
