Description
History
Founded in 1692, there are therefore ten generations of the Alary family who have led the Domaine. Since 1984, the brothers Frédéric and François Alary have taken over the management. Located in the municipality of Cairanne, the Domaine has 27 hectares of vineyards of exceptional quality, with a surprisingly high average age, with some vines exceeding 100 years old. The management of the vineyards is biodynamic and no pesticides are used.

Production method
Aged for 18 months in oak barrels.

Tasting notes
Intense ruby red color with dark notes. The nose is rich with a predominance of hints of red fruits, notes of leather and nuances of musk. On the palate, they reveal a full body and well-integrated tannins, with a long and spicy finish.
Possible combinations
Perfect with grilled red meats, mature cheeses and game dishes. It also goes well with game dishes, such as wild boar, and spicy dishes.
