Description
History
Duemani is a renowned Tuscan winery specializing in elegant wines produced according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. Located in Riparbella, near the Tuscan coast, the winery cultivates international vines such as Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot in clayey soils with pebbles. Fermentation and aging take place in terracotta amphorae, cement vats and French oak barrels. The resulting wines are enveloping, expressive and perfectly represent the personality of the Tuscan coast. The “Duemani” (Cabernet Franc) and the “Suisassi” (Syrah) are the flagships of the cellar.

Production method
The harvest took place by mid-September. The grapes, carefully selected and harvested manually in crates, were taken to the cellar. After being partially destemmed, they were gently pressed to achieve the desired color intensity. The must was left to cold decant for about 2 days and was then fermented spontaneously in 300-litre amphorae, where it completed the entire refinement process. The wine has not been subjected to clarification or filtration.
