Description
History
Monteraponi is a medieval village located in the Radda in Chianti region at an altitude of 470 metres. The company covers an area of about 200 hectares, of which 12 are dedicated to the cultivation of vines and 8 to the cultivation of olive trees in a natural amphitheater facing south. In the cellar, few technologies are used: the fermentation takes place in cement containers using native yeasts and the maturation takes place in large oval barrels. All products are certified organic.
