History
Leitz Winery, located in Rheingau, Germany, has a long winemaking tradition dating back to 1744. In recent years, the estate has expanded its range with high-quality non-alcoholic wines, such as the “Eins Zwei Zero” Chardonnay, to meet the needs of a health-conscious audience.

- Vinification: The Chardonnay grapes are vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruity aromas.
- Dealcoholization: The alcohol is gently removed through a vacuum distillation process at low temperatures, allowing the wine’s organoleptic characteristics to remain intact.
