History
Founded in 1882, this winery has been processing grapes from five different estates in Burgundy for five generations.

Production method
The grapes were harvested at the optimal moment of ripeness, then they were pressed, destemmed and left in contact with the skins for six hours. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out for three weeks at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC.

Tasting notes
Straw yellow color tending towards gold. On the nose the aroma is refined, with a richness of fruity notes such as apple and sweet melon accents. On the palate, there are nuances of lime that blend to create a deliciously flavorful wine, with a creamy texture and a lingering aftertaste.
Possible combinations
Excellent and recommended in combination with fish, shellfish, white meats and poultry.
