History
Armand Heitz is a Burgundian producer who has adopted regenerative agriculture and permaculture practices, reducing the environmental impact of viticulture. His philosophy is based on working in harmony with nature, integrating activities such as livestock farming and vegetable cultivation to promote biodiversity and sustainability within the estate.

Production method
The grapes come from vineyards located in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, grown on schist, marl, and limestone soils. After harvesting, the wine undergoes fermentation and ages for 7 months in stainless steel vats on lees, preserving freshness and terroir expression.
