Description
History
Laurianne Lejour is a young producer who has been active for a few years on a tiny vineyard estate of 1.5 hectares in her property divided into 4 micro-parcels in the grand cru classification between the Montagne of Reims and the Côte de Blancs in the municipalities of Ambonnay, Bouzy and Louvois. Each single vineyard is individually vinified in the small owned cellar in Reims using used oak flûtes. Assemblies for 20% of the total made up of vins de reserve, and no recourse to malolactic fermentation. Already at the beginning, Laurianne offers us wines with a wide floral expressiveness and a seductive perlage, distinguished by a marked territorial identity and marked minerality. A talent to follow carefully who will offer us surprising champagnes over the years and who has already been the interpreter of a style recognizable for its elegance and clear territorial transposition, as recently attested by the award obtained already in the second harvest as “Jeune Talent de Champagne” .

Salmon pink color with fine perlage. On the nose creamy notes of pastry and red fruits, with accentuated minerality. On the palate always so much finesse balanced by breadth on the palate and persistence.
