Description
History
Founded in 1930 in Chouilly, in the Champagne region of France. Since then, the company has continued to produce high quality Champagne, using only grapes from Grand Cru vineyards. In the 1970s, the company was taken over by Jacques Vignier, who continued to develop production and invest in innovative technologies to improve the quality of his wines. Today, the company is managed by the third generation of the Vignier family.

Production method
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected with great care to ensure the highest quality. Fermentation takes place in wooden barrels, followed by maturation on the lees in the bottle for at least 48 months.

Tasting notes
Brilliant golden yellow colour, with subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose, an intense bouquet of aromas of ripe fruit, citrus and spicy notes emerges. In the mouth, the wine stands out for its complex structure, with a vibrant acidity and a long persistence. The finish is elegant and refined, with hints of hazelnut and a fresh and mineral aftertaste.
Possible combinations
To accompany fish and seafood dishes, but also lends itself to be enjoyed as an aperitif.
