History
The winery has a long and prestigious history in the Champagne region, dating back to the 18th century. Founded in Vertus, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, it has been handed down from generation to generation within the Pernet family, to become one of the most famous and appreciated wineries in the region. Their champagne is appreciated worldwide for its elegance, finesse and distinctive character. The winery stands out for the use of the highest quality grapes, grown on calcareous and clayey soils, and for the use of traditional production techniques, such as bottle fermentation and aging on the lees. Today the company is led by Ludovic Pernet, who carries on the family tradition with passion and dedication, producing champagnes of the highest quality, which tell the story and identity of the Champagne area.

Production method
The production process begins with a delicate pressing of the whole grapes, followed by a fermentation in the bottle which takes place in underground cellars, where the temperature is constant and the humidity high. The wine is left to mature on the lees for at least three years, during which an aroma of toasted bread and a delicate effervescence develop.
