Crafted by biodynamic vigneron David Léclapart in Trépail (Montagne de Reims), the fourth generation extended his legacy by refusing dosage, reserve wines, or blending vintages. His 3 ha estate spans 22 parcels

100 % Chardonnay from Premier Cru vineyards in Trépail on clay-limestone soils
Vinification (and aging)
Spontaneous fermentation in enamel-lined tanks or neutral barrels. No malolactic added. Aged on lees for 24–30 months, with zero dosage (Brut Nature / Extra Brut)
Alcohol content
12.5 % vol, reflecting the vibrant and fresh signature of artisanal Champagne .
Tasting notes
Color: bright straw yellow with golden hues and fine persistent bubbles
Nose: notes of white fruit (apple, pear, citrus), white flowers, with mineral, almond, and brioche nuances
Palate: lively, elegant, with vibrant acidity, mineral tension, baked apple, pastries, and a long, fresh, savory finish

An excellent match with shellfish (lobster, crab, oysters), refined seafood dishes, foie gras, fresh cheeses, or simply savored as a premium aperitif.
