Production method
This Champagne is made exclusively from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes from Grand Cru vineyards. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and aromas of the fruit. After fermentation, the wine ages on lees for at least 48 months, adding complexity and depth. The Extra Brut dosage (approximately 3 g/l) highlights its purity and aromatic precision.

Tasting notes
On the nose, hints of white flowers, citrus, and a touch of toasted bread emerge. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with well-defined minerality and extraordinary persistence, leaving a sense of elegance and harmony.
