History
It dates back to 1798, when the Jacquesson family began producing high quality wines in the Champagne region of France. Over the years, the company has developed a reputation for its attention to detail and quality, becoming one of the most respected Champagne producers in the world. Today, the company is managed by the tenth generation of the Jacquesson family, who continue to follow traditional production methods to create Champagne of the highest quality and great elegance.

Production method
The grapes are harvested by hand and subsequently pressed to obtain the must, which is then fermented in oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a process of maturation in the bottle, which lasts several years, during which the distinctive aromas and flavors of the wine develop.

Tasting notes
Golden yellow color with fine perlage. The nose perceives an intense succession of fragrances of sugared yellow pulp fruit, dried fruit and yellow citrus fruits, accompanied by mineral hints. The palate is rich and velvety, supported by a refined aromatic complexity and a deep mineral freshness that persists in the prolonged finish.
Possible combinations
It goes perfectly with delicate dishes such as carpaccio, salads and vegetable-based appetizers, but also with soft cheeses such as brie and camembert.
