Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with fine and lasting perlage. On the nose notes of red fruit, apple and pear, floral notes of hawthorn and pastry. In the mouth it is elegant, balanced, with a persistent and retro-olfactory finish where the smells previously perceived on the nose remain.
Possible combinations
This champagne is recommended to combine with various risottos, especially scallops.
