Description
History
The Fleury company is one of the oldest and most important in the production of Champagne in the Champagne region of France. Founded in 1895 by the great-grandfather of the Fleury family, the company began the production of Champagne with traditional techniques and a strong focus on product quality.
In 1929, the Fleury family bought the land of Domaine Fleury in Courteron, where they began to grow high quality grapes, using organic and biodynamic farming techniques. This choice has made the company a pioneer in the production of organic and natural Champagne, a trend that is spreading more and more in the world of wine.
In the 1980s, the Fleury family decided to use only Pinot Noir grapes for the production of Champagne, resulting in the Champagne Blanc de Noirs line, which proved to be a great success. Today, the Fleury company produces high quality Champagne, using only organic and biodynamic grapes from its own land, with constant attention to sustainability and ecology.
The Fleury company represents a history of innovation, passion for wine and attention to product quality, which is reflected in their unique and highly prized Champagnes.
