The production method of a biodynamic champagne follows the principles of biodynamics: agriculture without pesticides, cultivation of living soil, full moon and lunar phases for harvesting and natural fermentation.
The color of this wine is straw yellow, adorned with a row of small bubbles which give it an excellent effervescence. Pleasant aromas of red fruits are perceived on the nose, enriched by buttery sensations. On the palate, the wine is full and robust, with a firm structure, but balanced in taste.
Perfect as an aperitif, it lends itself to refined gastronomic combinations: oysters, fish carpaccio, meat tartare, medium-aged cheeses.
