Description
History
The Durup domaine occupies a total area of about 140 hectares in the Chablis region, and is the most significant of the whole area. About half of the production comes from the commune of Maligny, but it also extends to the communes of Villy, Chablis and Beine, on slopes mainly facing south and west.

Production method
After the must has been decanted, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, using steel and/or fiberglass tanks. The refinement of the wine takes place in steel containers in order to preserve its characteristics as much as possible.

Tasting notes
Clear straw yellow colour. Fruity notes can be clearly perceived on the nose, in particular citrus fruits, accompanied by a pleasant minerality. It is fresh, light and has a nice persistence. It is often a wine suitable for long periods of aging.
Possible pairing
Perfect as an aperitif and goes very well with grilled fish and both raw and cooked shellfish.
