History
This is the wine produced by Pasquale Buonamici in Mamoiada, Sardinia. Mamoiada is increasingly establishing itself as one of the areas in Sardinia most suited to the production of quality wine, Pasquale’s vineyards are located in a natural amphitheater where a constant wind always beats and are among the highest in the area as they abundantly exceed the 700 m height above sea level; Furthermore, the majority are all old plants which therefore give a lower level of quality and production but greater depth and mineral richness.

The winemaking procedure is traditional and there is great attention to respecting the vineyards.

Tasting notes
Ruby red in color with violet hues, this wine offers an enveloping aroma characterized by notes of plum, cherry, violet and cloves. In the finish, it opens up to a sensation of red fruit surrounded by accents of black pepper, typical of Cannonau matured in the mountains.

Suitable for regional pairings or with cheeses and meat second courses.
