Cabernet Franc 100%
Fermented with indigenous yeasts without temperature control with frequent punching down. After a long skin maceration, the wine ages for 12 months in concrete barrels.
Intense ruby red wine. Notes of berries and sweet spices on the nose. On the palate, there are hints of ripe fruit, such as cherry and plum, with a light touch of tobacco and liquorice. Light tannins. The persistence is long and pleasant, with a slightly bitter finish.
In combination it is excellent with flat dishes based on meat sauce, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
