Domaine Jérôme Chezeaux, located in Prémeaux-Prissey near Nuits-Saint-Georges, is a family-run estate with a long-standing tradition in Burgundian viticulture. The “Les Chassagnes” parcel is known for producing high-quality wines that faithfully reflect the character of the region.

Production method
The grapes are sourced from the “Les Chassagnes” parcel and hand-harvested. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in used oak barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit without overwhelming the wine with woody notes.
