History
Belisario presents its Rosso Conero under the “Le Impronte” label: made from Montepulciano grapes grown around Matelica and other areas within Conero’s DOC zone. The 2022 vintage delivers concentrated ripeness, managed carefully to honor tradition and terroir, with moderate oak aging before release.

Controlled fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts, macerated on the skins for optimal extraction of color and structure; aged in oak barrels to impart harmony and smoothness without overwhelming fruit.

Tasting notes
Medium ruby red. Aromas of ripe black fruits, cherry, plum, sweet spice and subtle toast. On the palate it is warm, with gentle tannins, good acidity, medium-to-full body and persistent finish with fruit and spice echoes.
Food pairing
Excellent with roasted red meat, game, wild boar dishes, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16‑18 °C, with a short decanting if possible.
