Production method
The Badarina vineyard produces high quality Nebbiolo grapes thanks to the microclimate and calcareous soil. The grapes are harvested by hand and treated in different lots according to their characteristics. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 24-30 months and subsequently in the bottle to ensure product stability.

Tasting notes
The wine has an intense ruby red color with garnet hues. Aromas of ripe fruit, dried flowers, minerality and spices such as black pepper, vanilla and coffee. In the mouth, broad, soft with ripe tannins, balanced acidity and a spicy and persistent finish.
Possible combinations
Ideal on second courses of red meat or game, even very cooked ones, such as braised or baked duck, stews or meats flavored with Langhe truffles. Given the great complexity and aging capacity, it is also possible to wait a few years before consuming the bottle and in that case it becomes an incredible meditation wine, capable of offering very complex and refined nuances of flavors and aromas.
