History
Produced in Boves, Piedmont, Baldoria Vermouth Wild Plum is the result of a collaboration between Baldoria and the Alpine Maritime Society, aiming to revive a native Italian wild plum species from the Maritime Alps. This project reflects a commitment to sustainability and the enhancement of the territory, creating a vermouth that embodies Italian creativity and artisanal dedication.

Production Method
Botanicals are separately macerated in a hydro-alcoholic solution and a base of Piedmontese Chardonnay wine. The macerations are then blended with natural sugars, without the addition of artificial flavors, extracts, colorants, or preservatives. This artisanal process ensures an authentic product, with possible natural sedimentation.

Tasting Notes
- Color: Bright golden yellow.
- Nose: Complex bouquet with notes of fresh wild plums, white flowers, and almond.
