Cantina Dainelli, founded by Dario Dainelli, stems from a passion for the land and wine. Located between the hills of Cerreto Guidi and the vineyards of Giglio Island, the winery combines tradition and innovation, enhancing the unique characteristics of its terroirs.

- Harvest: Manual harvesting from terraced vineyards on Giglio Island, with low yields to ensure high quality.
- Vinification: Part of the grapes is vinified on the skins, following island tradition, to extract greater aromatic complexity.
- Aging: In stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal characteristics.
