Description
History
Founded in the 1980s by the Pola family in Valdobbiadene, Andreola is today one of the most dynamic and respected wineries in the region. The “Rive” line was created to highlight specific hillside vineyards, where vines are cultivated heroically on steep slopes with morainic soils. The Rive di Col San Martino is among the most captivating expressions, offering a direct and vertical interpretation of these UNESCO heritage hills.

Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet reveals aromas of green apple, pear, white flowers, and citrus, with delicate mineral undertones. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, and clean, with a lively, slightly saline finish that makes it irresistibly drinkable.
Food pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with seafood appetizers, raw fish, sushi, carpaccio, vegetable risottos, and fresh cheeses. Excellent also with light Mediterranean cuisine.
