History
Andrea Bolla crafts Soave with an artisanal and precise approach: hillside vineyards, volcanic soils rich in basalt and ash, low yields and a focus on the purity of Garganega. Monte Foscarino is historically one of Soave’s top crus, known for producing deep, sapid and age-worthy wines. The 2022 vintage highlights aromatic clarity and mineral tension.

Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes, gentle pressing and controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel. Short ageing on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity while maintaining the wine’s natural freshness. No significant oak influence, preserving the purity of its volcanic origin.

Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow. Aromas of white flowers, pear, apple, fresh almond and a delicate volcanic minerality. The palate is vibrant and balanced, with lively acidity, a lean structure and a long, sapid finish with the typical almond note of Garganega from Foscarino.

Excellent with white-fish dishes, delicate raw seafood, vegetable risottos, tempura, citrus-based chicken dishes, refined vegetarian plates and fresh cheeses. Also perfect as an elegant aperitif.
