Riesling, Sauvignon Gris, Semillon and Chenin blanc thus find their preferred environment, guaranteeing results of absolute importance in terms of freshness, minerality and structure right from the entry wine, Podere Sassaie, passing through the three monovarietals, and finding the absolute pinnacle in Pourriture Noble. Under the management and ownership of Alessandro Fonseca, the company has moved between organic and biodynamic regimes since the beginning.
