• Raw materials: High-quality malted barley, grown in Italy.
• Distillation: Double distillation in copper stills, ensuring purity and aromatic complexity.
• Aging: Aged in oak barrels previously used for Tuscan Vin Santo, enriching the aromatic profile with fruity and spicy notes.
