Description
History
Vincent Cuillier, a young winemaker from the Montagne de Reims, began producing Champagne in 2018 on 1.02 hectares of family vineyards. The Blanc de Sable cuvée debuted with the 2018 vintage, representing the most refined expression of his natural and artisanal approach.
Grape variety
100% Chardonnay.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in 500-liter barrels for 10 months, without clarification or filtration. Aged on lees for at least 30 months. Disgorged without dosage (Brut Nature) and without added sulfites.

12.5% vol.
