Founded in 1882, this winery has been processing grapes from five different estates in Burgundy for five generations.

After a late harvest, the winemaking process takes place in steel followed by a period of aging in wood.

Ruby red in color, it is a delicate wine, with aromas that recall red fruits, such as cherries and strawberries, highlighting all the refinement of this variety. Its structure is balanced, with light tannins and a delicate acidity.
