Description
History
This Sauvignon comes from the Valle Isarco (Eisacktal, Alto Adige) — one of northern Italy’s top areas for mountain white wines. Here, strong diurnal temperature swings, mineral soils and ideal vineyard exposures help develop intense varietal aromas and characteristic freshness. The wine embodies the area’s focus on precision and drinkability with crystalline clarity.

Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes at peak aromatic maturity are fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Fermentation on fine lees enhances texture and complexity, with no oak influence to preserve primary freshness and purity.

Tasting notes
Straw yellow with green highlights. Aromas of fresh grass, tomato leaf, green pepper, citrus (pomelo, lime) and tropical notes such as passion fruit, with a mineral undertone. On the palate: fresh, savoury and vibrant, with lively acidity, excellent tension and a clean, persistent finish.
Food pairings
Pairs beautifully with seafood starters, shellfish, sushi and sashimi, fish carpaccio, smoked salmon, light risottos and herb-accented vegetarian dishes. Also ideal with fresh cheeses or as a sophisticated aperitif wine.
