History
Founded in the 17th century, Valentini is one of Italy’s most prestigious wineries, located in Loreto Aprutino, Abruzzo. Known for its strictly artisanal approach, the winery follows traditional techniques such as spontaneous fermentation, no temperature control, and extended aging in large oak barrels. Valentini’s Trebbiano d’Abruzzo has redefined the perception of this grape, showcasing its ability to express terroir with both finesse and power.

Production method
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in large oak barrels without temperature control. The wine is aged for approximately 24 months in wood, without filtration or clarification, preserving its purity and structure.

- Color: Intense golden yellow.
- Nose: Complex and layered, with notes of ripe citrus, dried fruit, aromatic herbs, honey, and pronounced minerality.

- Finish: Long, savory, and persistent, with iodized and citrusy nuances.
Possible pairings
