History
Made by Edoardo (now Francesco Paolo) Valentini in Loreto Aprutino from pergola-trained vineyards with very low yields. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in large Slavonian oak botti—some over 70 years old—with no barriques or filtration, using traditional, natural methods.

Tasting notes
Deep golden yellow. Aromas of white flowers (broom, chamomile), candied citrus, honey, bitter almond, with spicy and tea nuances. On the palate, powerful yet fresh and mineral, with vibrant acidity, long persistence, and a clean, enveloping finish.
