Description
History
Claudio Cipressi rediscovered and promoted Tintilia, a native Molise grape, planting the first vines in 1998. The winery, located in San Felice del Molise, cultivates 15 hectares, 12 of which are dedicated to Tintilia, following certified organic practices.

Production method
Hand-harvested grapes ferment in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. The wine matures for 24 months on fine lees, developing complexity and structure.

Color: Deep purple red.

Palate: Full-bodied, velvety, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.
