Description
History
Tuscan winemaker Stefano Amerighi founded his estate in Poggiobello di Farneta, Cortona, aiming to produce excellent Syrah through artisanal and biodynamic methods. The estate spans approximately 8 hectares of vineyards cultivated according to biodynamic agriculture principles, with a sustainable and nature-respecting approach.

Production method
Grapes from the sandiest part of the vineyard are hand-harvested slightly early to preserve freshness. After direct pressing, the must ferments and ages in concrete vats without the addition of sulfites until bottling.

Color: Bright pale pink.

Nose: Aromas of cherry, red currant, pomegranate, white flowers, and light spicy notes.

Palate: Fresh, juicy, and mineral, with slight spiciness and moderate persistence.
Possible pairings
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses, and vegetarian cuisine. Also ideal with light Asian dishes.
