Description
History
The Tamellini family has been a family of winemakers for four generations, but it was only in 1998 that the winery of the same name was founded, with the intention of creating a Soave that was different from the others, more elegant and fragrant. The main grape for the creation of this wine, Garganega, is therefore valorised and it is decided not to use barriques or large barrels, in order to guarantee a clearly recognizable identity for this product.

Garganega 100%
Production method
It is produced according to the so-called champenoise method or classic method, a method in which the wine essentially undergoes two different fermentations: the first, the alcoholic one (which it has in common with the rest of the wines) takes place in fermentation vats; the second, however, takes place directly in the bottle and ensures that during this second process, thanks to particular yeasts, the wine also develops carbon dioxide (which will then give life to the famous bubbles upon uncorking).

Tasting notes
Intense golden yellow color, crossed by a fine perlage. The olfactory profile is broad, with initial notes of yellow flowers, sponge cake and candied citron, which are then enriched with toasted and mineral aromas. On the palate, the taste is full-bodied, enlivened by a pleasant citric acidity supported by an elegant effervescence.
Possible combinations
It can be accompanied by fish, shellfish, cheeses, appetizers and desserts. Furthermore, it is perfect for celebrating special occasions or for an informal toast with friends.
