Description
History
The Eredi di Cobelli Aldo agricultural company is located in Sorni di Lavis, in Trentino. The family has cultivated the land since the 14th century and now it is their children who carry on the tradition. The estate has a privileged position with chalk and limestone soils and a microclimate that allows it to produce elegant and fragrant wines. The cellar was created from an old stable and next to it is the tasting room, which was the ancient family cellar.
Grapes used
Chardonnay 100%
Production method
The vineyard is located 400 meters above sea level, with a yield of approximately 70-80 quintals per hectare.
To preserve the integrity of the grapes and carefully select the bunches, the harvest is manual and the grapes are placed in bins. After pressing, the must ferments in already used oak barrels for three cycles, where it remains for approximately 10 months, and then refines in steel for a further 4 months while awaiting bottling.
Alcohol content
