Description
History
The Carbonare vineyard, uniquely positioned in the Val d’Alpone, stands out for its east-facing exposure and basaltic soil. This special microclimate, influenced by the cool air from the Piccole Dolomiti, gives the wine a fresh and mineral character. Inama Winery, with its long-standing tradition and focus on the terroir, has turned this vineyard into a symbol of excellence for Soave Classico.

Production Method
The hand-harvested grapes undergo a short maceration on the skins to enhance their aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by 12 months of aging in steel tanks and an additional 6 months in bottle. This process preserves the wine’s freshness and balance, delivering a pure and elegant aromatic profile.
