Tasting notes
Ruby red with purple highlights. Aromatics of ripe red fruit, cherry, fresh violet, subtle mineral and herbal hints. On the palate: medium-bodied, lively and juicy, with bright acidity, gentle tannins and a clean, savoury finish—fresh and satisfying.
Food pairings
Pairs beautifully with charcuterie, rustic pasta dishes, flavourful risottos, grilled white meats, light roasts and semi-aged cheeses. Also excellent with traditional Tuscan and Mediterranean fare.
