Description
History
“Antigua” is a long-established label of Cantina Santadi, updated over time to highlight the Monica grape in purity. Grapes come from selected vineyards in Sulcis, planted on calcareous-clay soils, with marine influence contributing salinity. The wine is vinified in cement, fermented at controlled temperature, and aged in both cement and steel—without heavy filtration—to preserve freshness and purity of fruit.
